Bone and Tissue Healing meals Rx:

 

 

-Alternate Raw organic cacao powder with blueberries and Mediclear Inflamx Plus with organic blue berries, in organic unsweetened almond or hemp milk daily for breakfast or snack.

 

-Eat organic pineapple two to three times per day on empty-ish stomach as a snack.
